Even though my website is fairly knew i'd really like to here from other people. Everybody's story is unique and i believe can help someone in some way and even help you to have it written down. This can be totally anonymous, you can just have a sudo name or a title. 

So just email me your experience of anxiety, depression, dermatillomania or any other mental illnesses and i will add them to my new section other peoples experiences.

If you don't know where to start just copy and paste these questions and answer them as best you can. You don't have to use this template at all. You can just answer  few questions if you like. Its just to give you an idea.
